Today, Jochim Sedemund and Dr. Jan H. Sedemund, LL.M. taxation (USA) are the managing partners. A specialist in EU law for more than 50 years, Jochim has amassed considerable experience in the areas of state aid, mergers and acquisitions, contract law and international arbitration. He was the managing partner of Deringer Tessin Herrmann & Sedemund when the law firm merged with Freshfields. Dr. Jan H. Sedemund started his career as a lawyer working at Meilicke Hoffmann, Flick Gocke Schaumburg and KPMG. Since 2014 he is Global Head of Tax of DPDHL.
